Kyle Iezzi
Kyle was born in the Tampa Bay area, but after just a few years, his family moved to a small town just outside of Asheville, NC, where he got his General Contracting License at just 18 years old. In 2018, Kyle returned to his home state of Florida and followed his dream to become a Realtor®. Kyle joined The BP Team at ground level, and has been an integral part of the growth and development of The BP Team. Kyle has a very diverse set of skills which includes extensive knowledge around information technology as well as marketing and sales. Kyle has built multiple custom websites, including ours, designed most of our original marketing materials, and has mastered the sales contract/addenda and coordinated 100s of closings for the team. Kyle leverages his construction background, technology and marketing skills, as well as his Real Estate knowledge into providing a truly unique customer experience.

Jake Lambert
Jake is a licensed Realtor®, born and raised in California. He moved to Tampa in 2013 and has called it home ever since. Jake brings an abundance of customer service and negotiation skills and always strives to meet every need of his clients in leading them to their next home. Jake is driven by his love for fitness, golfing and family.

Katherine brings a wealth of administrative experience as The BP Team’s Executive Assistant. She found her home in Dunedin with us, and loves exploring the area, especially Honeymoon Island and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium.
