Read to the end to find out about Dunedin’s first ghost restaurant and a secret tip for FREE DELIVERY.

This month’s Restaurant of the Month is Fusion Street Eatery in Dunedin, FL! Fusion Street Eatery is the brainchild of the owner, Chef Chris Hinkle. He takes great pride in being a true artisan and always delivers on a delicious plate of comfort food. While growing up in the Tampa Bay area Chris was mentored and inspired by chefs from all over South America and the Caribbean. Even though Fusion Street’s menu is predominantly latin flare, Chris is well equipped with the knowledge and fresh ingredients to whip up just about anything from Asian, Indian, Jamaican, you name it!

Further proof of Chef Chris’ passion for his craft is the fact that some menu items take up to 2 days for chefs to prepare. One of these items is the “Chicken and Cheese Croquettes.” Which we shared an order of today as one of our appetizers along with an empanada and they were excellent.

For our entrees our team ordered the “Arroz Con Pollo” (Chicken & Rice), “Ropa Vieja,” “California Burrito,” “Big Dilla Quesadilla,” and the “Firehouse Cuban” with a side of “Blackened Pub Fries.” Absolutely everything was FIRE! Not to mention the Flan we had for desert was one of the best desserts we’ve ever had. Check out the Facebook Page and give them a like, they always make sure to keep you updated on their specials, including Taco Tuesdays.

Fusion Street is a major to-go spot, but they do have a cozy dine in area as well. You can find them on Uber Eats & Grubhub, but a little secret is you can get delivery for free if you call in your order directly with the restaurant. Just as long as you live close enough and always remember to tip your driver. Perfect for your next event where you want to be a guest yourself, Chris’ catering service is known for never turning down a request.

For the first time ever, we’re including a BONUS restaurant in our Restaurant of the Month. Running out of the same kitchen is Dunedin’s first “Ghost Restaurant.” At Brickhouse Burger, you can’t order in or takeout. It’s delivery only and it’s a completely different style of menu. If you couldn’t make it out from the name, it’s predominantly burger and sandwich based. Check out their Facebook Page!
